Gluten Free + Dairy Free Meal Ideas for Spring
Spring has finally sprung in Revelstoke! Even though it was late this year- I never doubted it was coming- but my little girl sure did! The snow in our yard is almost melted and we’re off to new adventures on our bikes and in the forests.
Spring is also a time to change up our diets. We can say goodbye to some of the sweeter, heavier foods that nourished us through winter, and hello to the brighter, greener flavors of spring.
My patients told me they loved the GF/DF Winter Meal Ideas post, so I’ve rounded up some delicious recipes for Spring meal inspiration. Some are tried and true family favorites (socca, tapenade, huge fatty salad, salmon in parchment) and others are recipes that I’d like to try (paleo bread, 8 minute pantry dal, chicken with coconut milk, sunomono).
